Instead of you repeating the application process every time you apply to a different institution or program Apply Alberta makes it easier for you to enter your information once and then you can apply to different institutions and programs. Plus, you don't have to mail your official transcripts to colleges or university anymore they can have access to them through Apply Alberta. If an post-secondary institution requests for your official transcript you will have to do this.
